Welcome to the Family: Hello and welcome to the DOVSAV community. We believe that trust is the ultimate luxury, which is why your friends at DOVSAV have crafted this straightforward Privacy Promise. When you shop with us, browse our premium collections, or join our global wholesale network, you are trusting us with your personal information. We do not take this responsibility lightly. This extensive guide explains exactly how our crew collects, utilizes, and obsessively protects your digital footprint while you enjoy our platform.
What We Actually Collect: To provide you with an incredibly smooth and personalized shopping experience, we gather a few necessary details. When you make a purchase or chat with us at info@dovsav.com, we collect your name, shipping address, and basic contact info. If you are applying for a B2B partnership via wholesale@dovsav.com, we also collect your business credentials and storefront URLs. Furthermore, our systems automatically note your browsing preferences, device type, and IP address to keep our website running flawlessly.
How We Use Your Info: The data we collect is never left sitting idle; it is actively used to make your DOVSAV experience better. Primarily, we use your information to securely process your payments, pack your luxury essentials, and get them to your doorstep as fast as possible. We also use these insights to tailor our future product launches, optimize our website’s layout, and send you occasional, highly relevant updates about our new collections (only if you have asked us to do so, of course).
Who We Share It With: Let us be crystal clear: the DOVSAV crew will never sell, rent, or auction off your personal data to shady third-party marketers. We only share your necessary details with our most trusted, highly vetted partners who help us run the show. This includes our secure payment gateways, our global shipping carriers, and our elite IT security team. Every single partner we work with is legally bound by strict confidentiality agreements to keep your info safe.
Cookies and Tracking Magic: Like almost every premium website on the internet, DOVSAV uses cookies and similar tracking magic to remember who you are. These tiny digital breadcrumbs help our site recall what you left in your shopping cart and ensure our pages load lightning-fast on your specific mobile device. While you always have the absolute freedom to disable cookies through your browser settings, doing so might make your checkout process slightly less magical.
Your Ultimate Privacy Rights: Depending on where you live in this beautiful world, you have significant rights over your personal data. You can ask our team to show you exactly what info we have on you, request us to fix any mistakes, or even ask us to completely erase your digital existence from our servers. If you ever want to exercise these rights, simply drop a friendly message to info@dovsav.com, and our concierge team will sort it out for you immediately.
