We are incredibly proud of our high-quality formulations and premium aesthetics, but we also know that sometimes things just don’t work out. That is exactly why we created our ‘No-Sweat’ Return Policy. We have stripped away the confusing corporate jargon to give you a smooth, totally transparent, and hassle-free way to return or exchange your items if you change your mind.

The 30-Day Window: Time is of the essence when it comes to returns. If you receive your DOVSAV package and decide it is not quite the perfect fit for your lifestyle, you have exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery to let us know. This gives you plenty of time to look at the product, feel the premium packaging, and make your decision. Any return requests made after this 30-day window closes will unfortunately not be accepted by our system.

Keeping It Pristine: Because we maintain a strict standard of luxury, we can only accept returns on items that are completely untouched. The products must be in their absolute original, unused, and pristine condition. This means the protective seals cannot be broken, the liquid formulations cannot be tested, and the original DOVSAV boxes must be completely intact without any tears or missing inserts. We do this to guarantee that every customer receives a flawless product.

How to Send It Back: Initiating a return is delightfully simple. Just drop a friendly note to our support crew at info@dovsav.com with your order number and a quick reason for the return. Our team will verify your details and reply with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the exact warehouse address. Please note that unless we accidentally sent you the wrong item, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Processing Time: Once your returned package arrives back at our facility, our quality assurance team will carefully inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. As soon as they give the green light that the item is pristine, we will automatically process your refund. The money will be sent directly back to the original credit card or payment method you used. Please give your bank a few days to actually show the funds in your account.

A Note for Wholesale Partners: For our amazing B2B friends, the rules are slightly different. Because wholesale orders (minimum $1000) involve massive inventory movements and heavy freight logistics, they are categorically considered final sale. We only accept commercial returns in the incredibly rare event of a widespread manufacturing defect across an entire batch. If this ever happens, please reach out directly to wholesale@dovsav.com within 14 days so we can swiftly resolve the issue.
